- I would have thought that would be a no-brainer. I graduated high school 15 years ago, and I still feel weird having my former teachers and professors as "friends".

- Strep as a trigger to other things is a reality for me. I am 34 years old, and I have rheumatic fever that has been triggered by strep. Every time I have a sore throat, I have to get checked. I have to deal with cardiac damage due to the "mis-firing" of my immune system.

- The local artists where I live are not in my budget. You would be hard pressed to find something under $100, and yes, I understand they have to account for time and supplies. I actually shop at a Ten Thousand Villages, a local fair-trade store.

- When I began volunteering in one of the local ER's in my city, I was told at the orientation that hospital executives, donors, and their families do not wait in the ER. And as a volunteer, it was my job to make sure they had blankets, coffee, snacks, etc. as needed.
